Mounts
A mount is slight elevation of the fleshy pads found around
the palm under the fingers. Mounts are actually raised bundles
of muscles having their own peculic palmistic indications.
There are seven mounts on your palm if you go by their names but actually they are eight in reality as one of them is duplicated.

- The MOunt of Apollo
- The Mount of Mercury

- The Mount of Moon (Lower and Upper Mounts of Moon)
The importance of the mount in palmistry cannot be exaggerated.
